Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing. Due to the nature of Mindglowhub products being cleansed, energized, and reprogrammed, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted. These products are believed to connect with the wearer’s auric field and cannot be used by others.
Proof of purchase (receipt) is required for all replacement requests.
Mindglowhub recommends recording a video while opening your package to document any damage or missing items for claim purposes.
Exceptions:
Exchanges: Exchanges are only permitted if the incorrect item was shipped or the product arrives damaged during shipping. Requests for exchange must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery and must include a receipt and picture of the damaged product (if applicable).
Refunds: Cancellations and full refunds are only available if requested within 24 hours of purchase by contacting Mindglowhub via phone or email.
Store Credit: In exceptional circumstances, Mindglowhub may offer store credit in lieu of a refund, at their discretion.
Costs:
Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning products for exchange.
Processing:
Upon receiving your return, Mindglowhub will inspect the product and notify you of their decision (approval or rejection) regarding the exchange request.
Courses:
Mindglowhub online courses are not eligible for refunds or cancellations. In rare cases, store credit may be offered at Mindglowhub’s discretion if a request is made within 24 hours of purchase and the reason for cancellation is deemed valid.
